What the Welcome Bonus is
The Welcome Bonus, also called "In 20 Get 40", is a 100% bonus for new Winbox players. You open a new account, top up at least RM20, play slots until your turnover is at least 1x your top-up, and claim the next day. The most you can claim is RM50.
It is the simplest Winbox offer to understand, but it has more conditions than people expect. Most failed claims come from one missed rule, so read the list below before you top up.

- Real-name verification must not be a duplicate. If your name is already verified on another account, you don't qualify.
- Minimum top-up RM20. Anything below RM20 doesn't count.
- Slots only. Only slots play counts toward the turnover.
- Turnover at least 1x your top-up. Turnover is the total amount you bet, whether you win or lose.
- Checked the next day. Winbox checks your turnover the day after you play.
- Maximum claim RM50, the next day. The bonus is capped at RM50.

A worked example
Here is how the rules play out with the minimum top-up. These are the published rules applied step by step, not a promise of what you will receive.
- Top up RM20 on your new, verified account. At 100%, the bonus on this top-up is up to RM20.
- Play RM20 of turnover on slots. That is 1x your top-up. Bets on other game types don't count.
- Wait for the next-day check. Winbox checks your turnover the day after.
- Claim the next day. Whatever your top-up, the claim is capped at RM50.
Your slots play also counts toward Extra Bonus turnover at the same time, so the same bets can move you toward an Extra Bonus milestone too.

Common reasons the claim fails
- The account isn't new. The bonus is for new players only.
- Duplicate real-name verification. Your name is already verified on another account.
- Top-up below RM20. The minimum is RM20.
- Wrong games. Turnover on anything other than slots doesn't count.
- Turnover too low. You need at least 1x your top-up in slots turnover.
- Claimed too early. The check happens the next day. Wait, then claim.
